Loved the first FIVE books in this series. Hated this one, at least for as long as I could stand to read it.The book starts out VERY strong, like the prior books. Lovely, interesting situation with an interesting Hero and a strong, sympathetic Heroine. Then it slipped off the rails. I kept saying, "what???". So, here are the problems I had:
1. The Heroine, who is a strong Christian, apparently doesn't believe in evil. Where to start. First, I expect books with a Christian focus to be so labeled. I check the label and avoid them. This is not because I am not one, but because I am, and it is distracting to the flow of the plot. Its kind of like saying, "and then she remembered to breathe". Second, HOW can you believe in GOOD without believing in EVIL? There is room to be surprised by the EXTENT of the evil, but still.
2. The Heroine, who is a compassionate nurse, always looking out for others, has NO compassion for the Hero, doesn't try to understand his position or to comply with what appear to be fairly routine and wise suggestions.
3. The Heroine is described as "smart", but she is constantly trying to put herself in harms way. Even recognizing that "smart" is different from wise", you would expect a smart person to LEARN, as in general, it is the ability to learn that is classified as "smart". But this Heroine is constantly attempting to demonstrate her independence by doing things that would expose her to danger. I don't understand how this is "smart".
AND actually, I stopped reading in disgust when she decided she wasn't the Hero's friend because he was forcing her to be safe. RIGHT.
Because this is number six, and the other five books were good, I MAY try reading number seven -- or I may not. It is a shame, because I was enjoying this series.

Out of the Blue Falcon Securities Book 6 edition by Geri Foster Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
I was asked by the author for an honest review.
I've read one other Falcon series book, but I don't think you need to have read any others to enjoy this one. There were other characters mentioned here that appear in other books in the series, but it didn't seem like I was missing any info about them or back stories.
The story didn't seem to contain a lot of descriptions, but it did have a lot of action. There isn't much detail about the Falcon organization overall, and it has a different feel from other clandestine security/defense/agency books that I've read. Overall I liked the story and I would recommend it to readers who like suspense books.
Geri delivers a page-turning drama, intrigue and spy action - with OUT OF THE Blue. Book 6 in the FALCON SECURITIES series. A well developed, diabolical plot line with minor plots within to blend into the main story line of human trafficking. The levels of evilness that people go to to further there own greed, power and money is despicable. It’s nefarious tentacles far reaching the political and business global community.
I totally loved the plot… While this is fictional, the plot line is a subject matter that needs attention and focus, as it is a very realistic problem in the world.
The only minor criticisms - it needs better fine line editing (grammar and spell check) though that didn’t bother me as much as the characters. I didn’t believe or feel the attraction between the Hank and Lily (main characters). While there was obvious care of a nurse/patient and that of a security agent keeping his charge safe from the enemy who wants to eliminate them… for the majority of the book I didn’t feel that level of attraction was developed. For the most part Lily fought/questioned every directive given by Hank even though they were to keep her alive. A kiss, her near fatality, then a week after almost dying from being shot in the back… to the attraction/romance - felt rushed to fit inside the book’s conclusion. While romance isn’t always a necessary part of a book… as a romantic suspense book you need to believe those feelings of attraction are there.
Apart from that minor feeling… the actual story line is WOW!! Angsty dialogue, depending on the moment at hand - Hank and Lily know how to push each others buttons, and not always nicely. They are both stubborn and definitely not afraid to let the other know if something isn’t to their liking, even when hiding from the enemy in plain sight. Maybe that is the basis of the attraction?
For those that love a security/spy based heroes and the heroines they are saving, the crimes against humanity - it’s a great book of action packed adventure and dramatic suspense. There are also glimpses of a team members past and future that are there to cover your back, each have their own stories to tell. I’ve definitely enjoyed reading this book but for a romantic suspense book, I wished there was more of a romance developed much earlier, to add to the drama and suspense. I am enjoying the series and am looking forward to continuing the Falcon Security series.
Very good
Excellent sequel in this series!
Really good book.
One of the best books of this series!! This is one of my very favorite series and The author is also one of my long time favorities!!
This book was obviously not edited at all. Word usage errors and bad punctuation throughout. Too bad. The story was pretty good, but the plot is getting tired.
